Yes, you need to create an account to purchase from our online store. The account created allows you to access all online services in Elm Tree webstore with a single ID and password created by you.

Order And Payment
Available books will show as ‘In stock “ or ‘Out of stock’ are not available and availability needs to be checked with our us for availability.
To add items into shopping cart, please click "Add to Cart".
Yes, you can amend the items in your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at top right hand corner of our website. You can remove the items or change quantity. Click "-" or "+" and update your cart items if you would like to change the quantity.
Once you are ready to place your order, click "Proceed to Checkout" in your cart. You will be brought to the checkout page. At the checkout page, you need to fill in your billing and shipping address. Review your order summary and click "Place Order" to proceed to payment (Note: Please ensure your order is accurate before placing an order as no changes are accepted once payment is made).
We accept payment via Pay Pal.
After clicking "Place Order" in the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway page for you to key in your credit card details. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please note that orders placed outside of Singapore will be transacted in SGD.
You cannot change items or cancel your order once it has been confirmed and paid.
You can track your order by logging in to "My Orders" page.
Subject to stock availability, please allow up to 5 workings days for the delivery of your order.
We will send you a delivery notification when the shipment has been scheduled.
We deliver to most Singapore addresses except remote areas or destinations with restricted locations due to security constraints.
Yes, we deliver to most international countries. Please refer to the page “ Where we deliver”.
Delivery times differ from country to country. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within 2 weeks.
International delivery rates are different depending on the country zones, dimensions and weight of the parcel. You will be able to see the delivery fee before checkout. Please note that you are responsible for all other local taxes and custom duties applicable in your country.
RETURN & REFUND
When you return a Product to us (for instance because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or provide you with a refund.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full after delivery costs have been deducted.
The cost of return transportation, freight, tax and charges upon arrival is at your expense.
A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.
We do not accept a return or exchange upon successful payment of your order unless it is due to wrong/damaged item delivered. If you receive any wrong/damaged item(s), please contact us at email@example.com within 3 working days upon the receipt of your order.
